Yesterday in the Founders’ Room of the Northern Center, we had our annual McNair End of Semester/Graduation/Welcome Party. As you can tell from the title of the event, there were many reasons to celebrate!
We had one student graduating, Arabel McLachlan. Arabel was out of town, for a very good reason, her internship experience. We celebrated her from afar! We also welcomed our 16 new Scholars and introduced them to the more experienced students. The event was casual, but the food was not. The Northern Center really showcased their skills, culminating with a delightful and delicious hot chocolate bar!
